As Division Director of Hospitality, David has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of the Restaurant Industry. David studied Finance and Accounting at Stetson University in DeLand, FL. He started his career in Consumer Finance for ITT Consumer Financial Corporation in Denver, CO as the Regional Director of Branch Operations. Specializing in Consumer Lending, David oversaw daily operations of 4 branch locations in the surrounding Denver Metropolitan Area. From there, David became the Director of Operations for Apple South, Inc. one of the largest franchise groups in the Applebee’s system. David led a team of 56 salaried managers and over 700 hourly employees as he was instrumental in the Franchise Development of 14 restaurants in the West Palm Beach Market. He was recruited from there into a Director of Operations position for the TGIFriday’s chain and helped lead the Franchise Development of 15 restaurants up and down the eastern seaboard of Florida. In February of 2006, David joined Bloomin’ Brands, Inc. headquartered in Tampa, FL. Bloomin’ Brands, Inc. is one of the world’s largest casual dining restaurant companies with more than 1500 restaurants throughout the 48 states, operating under the brands of Outback Steakhouse, Carrabbas Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill and Flemings. As a Managing Partner with Bloomin’ Brands, David was a successful Operator and has a proven track record of attracting high quality candidates. David is well networked within the industry and brings a high level of competency to the SNI Team.
